Joe Morris Builders started in the late 60's and have been building all over the city of Columbia, Lexington, Chapin, and Lake Murray area. Joe Morris and his son, Jody Morris are members of the SC Home Builders Association, and build some of the finest quality custom homes in the midlands. They have built in the North East part of Columbia, in subdivisions, Sweetwater at Smallwood and also Park Ridge at Polo. They have also built homes in Lakeside at Ballentine, a development located about 10 minutes outside of Columbia, SC, on beautiful Lake Murray, as well as Timberlake and Kleckley Colony.
